Co-President : Jackie Geary (jngeary@indiana.edu)

I am in the first year of the 3/2 program, and majored in accounting and tech mgmt with French and Spanish minors in undergrad.  I joined BAP to learn more about the accounting profession and to build relationships with other students, the IU faculty, and professionals.  I have enjoyed my time in the organization and am honored to be one of its leaders.  In addition to school and BAP, I also work as a GA in the ODT dept.  My hobbies include running, reading, and baking desserts.

I am a junior majoring in accounting and operations management with a minor in sociology. My participation in Beta Alpha Psi, as a member and an officer, has significantly contributed to my personal and professional development. The meaningful professional and community service events have helped me learn the importance of effective communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, and leadership.

EVP of Internal Affairs: Amulya Puthige (bhat2@umail.iu.edu)

I am a senior majoring in Accounting and Finance. I will also be pursuing my Masters in Accounting due to start Fall 2010. Anyone interested in in the masters program is free to ask me questions by email or phone. Please don't hesitate. Besides this, I have been a part of BAP since Spring 2008 and was assigned as VP of Professional development the following semester. The reasoin I joined BAP was because I saw that this fraternity had immense potential to widen the scope of anyone interested in Accounting/Finance/Consulting. Great internship/job opportunities with higly respected firms in accounting. BAP also had resources to get companies from the BIG4 to boutique firms to come down on campus and speak with members. Apart from this, my favorite past time is to watch TV (Yes I can practically watch ANYTHING on tv) and favorite cuisine would be Thai. There is no one fact or instance that I would point out to be interesting in my life because I believe with the philosophy of having everything you do in life to be interesting. My life is interesting.

My name is Andrew Barnett. I am a sophomore majoring in Accounting and International Business. As both a member and an officer of Beta Alpha Psi, I have gained valuable leadership experience and the opportunity to pursue my passion for business and volunteering. Beta Alpha Psi not only has provided a greater understanding of the importance of giving back to the community, but also has built lasting relationships between me and my peers.
